Accommodation

Accommodation in twin sharing basis can be booked with advance payment to conference account at the following rates.

1. Non AC rooms @Rs. 400/- per head per day
2. AC rooms @Rs. 700/- per head per day.
3. Family rooms (double occupancy) @Rs. 1600/- per day (limited)

Research Scholars may opt for accommodation in dormitory beds (free of cost) and twin sharing rooms @Rs. 250/- per head per day, to be provided on first come first serve basis.

Scholars have to submit certificate from respective Head of Department / organisation to avail accommodation at free of cost / subsidized rates.
